Warranty Coverage

All CELEC installations across all countries come with a 5-year warranty covering spare parts. However, the warranty does not cover damages due to:

  • Improper installation (not following the installation manual).

  • Issues caused by loose connections, undersized main wiring, or poor power supply (e.g., overvoltage).
  • Exposure to harsh environmental conditions, including:
    • Ambient temperatures exceeding 40°C.
    • Extremely dusty conditions.
    • Severe weather conditions.
    • Rust, corrosion, water damage, or natural disasters.

Performance Inspection Survey

In response to customer requests and our commitment to continuous improvement, we have introduced a Performance Inspection Survey. This service provides a detailed multi-page report outlining:
