Our technical engineers offer nationwide support for any queries clients may have, no matter how big or small they may seem.
If required, we can also work closely with clients to make sure CELEC installations are future proofed as a result of any planned expansions or operational changes in the business which may affecting loading of the current CELEC Products.
In these situations we work with clients to look at the most effective way to ensure the CELEC system continues to provide maximum savings, which includes advising of potential upgrades to larger systems, the inclusion of additional features or retrofitting to alternative systems in the CELEC range.

CELEC installations all countries include a 5 year warranty period. Warranty included spares parts but excludes damage due to

  • Unit is not installed as per the installation manual provided
  • Damage / Broken accidentally.
  • Damage because of loose connection, under sized Main wire or bad power supply like over voltage.
  • Damage due to harsh environment, ambient temperature more than 40oC, extremely dusty condition, bad weather conditions, rust corrosion, water and natural calamity.

In response to a growing number of requests and our dedication to meet the requirements of our client base, we have introduced a Performance Inspection Survey which provides a full multi page report outlining findings and any recommendations along with options to enhance savings.
